Board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. JoAnne Lopes uses photography along with a special surgical bra to “test” different implant sizes on patients. The patient will be photographed in the bra without implants and with several different-sized implants for comparison. They will be able to take the “before and after” photos home to study. This preliminary sizing is part of your complimentary consultation for breast enlargement surgery.

During this appointment, the patient will be examined by Dr. Lopes, and she will answer any questions the patient may have. Patients will also get to experiment with different sizes and shapes of implants.

Dr. Lopes encourages patients to bring their favorite articles of clothing for the photographs, as this can help patients best visualize their breast enlargement surgery results.
